Can anybody please tell me what does mean "Schlüchel" (or, possibly, "Schlügel") ? I cannot find in the dictionaries.

Perhaps you misunderstood Schlüssel, meaning key in English. I have no clue what Schlüchel / Schlügel could be, neither did I hear something like this in Low German. |
