Is there any source to find German books categorised in terms of reading ease?

I'm looking to improve my German, and I'm looking for maybe some fairly easy books to read.

I know that it's not easy to gague exactly where I am or if a book will be easy or hard for me, so I was hoping to build maybe a list of books - from "very simple" to "hard", which would also help others of varying levels.
