I develop solutions to enable groups of people to explore and develop ideas together.
Currently I work with a mixture of WPF/C#, PHP, and CocoaTouch.

Wie schreibt man Umlaute und scharfes S auf nichtdeutschen Tastaturen? added umlauts |

Is it acceptable to omit umlauts and put an extra 'e' instead? Most character encodings support these characters (which are part of latin-1), including Windows-1252 which used by default in the legacy components of Windows in English and some other Western languages, and Mac-Roman which is the equivilent on legacy version of Mac OS, as well as UTF-8 and ISO/IEC 8859. Many modern email clients format messages as HTML and as such should encode the these symbols using html entities. |

What movies are good for learners who want to improve their grammar and vocabulary? @bernd. I generally meant movies. I changed the question to be clearer. |
