You could also write "Ich gehe montags und donnerstags um halb elf zur Uni". In general, when there's more than one temporal element, you go from the most general to the more specific. Note that 'montags' and 'donnerstags' are not capitalised since they are adverbs here.

So basically it's archaic to put no inflection and it's grammatically wrong today? I'm not sure what most of your examples have to do with pronoun inflection.
