@Johannes Schaub It is strongly associated with Hitler's imperialist policies w.r.t. Poland and Czechoslovakia in the mind of this non-native speaker.

@misterben I disagree with you entirely; feigning from the appearance of classism is not the same thing as the departing of prestige from RP. But no matter; since you seem to know some about it, you might want have a go at this question, if you'd like.
