What is the German equivalent of the English “aka”? I think Hackworth wasn't saying that geborene may be used as translation for aka, it's just another example of how to say a person may be known under a different name. I'm no native English-speaker, so it's difficult for me to answer your question, but I would say that geborene can't be translated to aka. |
