I could understand two possible hyphenations (and so pronounciationspronunciations):

1 An-ord-nung
2 A-nord-nung

The first is correct.
The second is no proper german alsoGerman, although there is the word stem 'nord'nord from 'Norden'Norden (northnorth), but the suffix 'nung'-nung does not fit. (There is a word 'Nordung'Nordung = align to the direction north). And then the prefix 'a' a- (for something like a negotiation) does not give any sense to the word.

Similar word with other prefix:
Unordnung (Un-ord-nung)
