Actually, "Computer-Studien" is downright wrong¹, "Computer-Wissenschaften" is weird and would only be acceptable if it's not hyphenated ("Computerwissenschaft").

The correct term for general usage is "Informatik", "Computerwissenschaft" is appropriate in an academic context.
