Where to keep verb in Nebensatz? Why do some phase with comma not create a nebensatz

(De)Ja, du hast das wohl gemacht.

(Eng)Yeah, you did that well.

This makes me think verb comes second in Nebensatz, butIn German sentence, I have before seen some example where verb comes first in Nebensatzthe second part is not actually a nebensatz. I am really confused where to keep verb now , could someone tellWhy? Is it not so though the general rule phrase is after a comma? c:

In German sentence, the second part is not actually a nebensatz. Why? Is it not so though the phrase is after a comma?
